According to the National Development and Reform Commission, China will soon issue planning and implementation guidelines for “six networks,” i.e., the water network, new-type power grid, computing network, next-generation communication network, urban underground utility network, and logistics network. The initiative aims to strengthen overall coordination in the development of these six networks, clarify investment priorities in each sector, break down targets into annual tasks, and define specific timelines and implementation milestones.
